Leveret Estate Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc (2021)

The 2021 vintage (4*) is a generous wine, fermented in a mix of stainless steel tanks (55 per cent) and oak barrels (45 per cent). Bright, light lemon/green, it is full-bodied, with strong, ripe, tropical fruit flavours to the fore, a herbaceous undercurrent, a distinct touch of complexity, fresh acidity and a dry (2.6 grams/litre of residual sugar), finely balanced finish.
