The 2020 vintage (4*) was hand-picked and matured for 10 months in old French oak puncheons. Light lemon/green, it is full-bodied, with very satisfying depth of ripe stonefruit flavours, showing good complexity, and a well-rounded finish. Enjoyable now, it's certified organic.
