Grown at Taylor Pass and in the lower Wairau Valley, the 2021 vintage (4*) was handled in a mix of tanks (mostly) and barrels. Full-bodied, it is vibrantly fruity, with strong, youthful peach, pear, lychee and spice flavours, showing very good freshness and vigour, and a dry (2.4 grams/litre of residual sugar) finish. Best drinking mid-2022+.
