The 2019 vintage (4*) is a single-vineyard wine, hand-picked at Rapaura and fermented and lees-aged for 10 months in seasoned oak puncheons. Mouthfilling, it is light gold, with a complex bouquet. Full-bodied, it is a highly characterful wine, with very good intensity of fresh, peachy, spicy flavours, a subtle oak influence and a crisp, dry (2 grams/litre of residual sugar) finish. It's drinking well now.
