Hans Herzog Marlborough Tempranillo (2017)

The delicious 2017 vintage (5*) was estate-grown on the north side of the Wairau Valley, hand-picked and matured for three years in French oak casks (partly new). Deeply coloured, it is mouthfilling, with concentrated, plummy, spicy flavours, savoury notes adding complexity, balanced acidity and a mellow, well-rounded finish. Drink now or cellar. Certified organic.
