This good value, non-vintage bubbly is blended from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The batch I tasted recently (4*) is a bright, light pink, very lively wine, with fresh strawberry, peach and watermelon flavours, yeasty notes adding complexity, good delicacy and a crisp, dryish, lingering finish.
