Crafted as a 'low alcohol' style (9 per cent by volume), the 2021 vintage (2.5*) is a single-vineyard, Awatere Valley wine. Light-bodied, with a restrained bouquet, it has gentle pear, lychee and spice flavours, and a splash of sweetness (16 grams/litre of residual sugar), balanced by fresh acidity. Pleasant, easy drinking.
