The characterful 2020 vintage (4.5*) was grown at Stanley Estate, in the Awatere Valley. Deeply coloured, it is a fresh, rich, fruit-packed red, with concentrated berry, plum and spice flavours, threaded with vibrant acidity, balanced oak and supple tannins. Youthful and vigorous, it should break into full stride 2024+.
