The characterful 2021 vintage (4*) was estate-grown and hand-picked at Upper Moutere. Tank-fermented and lees-aged, it is a bright, light yellow/green wine with strong, fresh, peachy, spicy flavours, lively acidity and a basically dry (4 grams/litre of residual sugar) finish. Drink now or cellar.
