Estate-grown in The Elms Vineyard, this gently sweet style has deep flavours woven with fresh acidity. It offers more drink-young appeal than its Dry Riesling stablemate, but invites long-term cellaring. Hand-picked and tank-fermented with indigenous yeasts, it is bottled with a high level of residual sugar (64 grams/litre in 2021). Full of youthful vigour, the 2021 vintage (5*) is an exquisite wine. Light-bodied, intense and vivacious, it has fresh, penetrating, lemony, appley flavours, in a distinctly medium style with a finely balanced, long finish. Best drinking 2023+.
