Priced sharply, the 2018 vintage (3.5*) is a generous, estate-grown red. A 2:1 blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, with splashes of Cabernet Franc and Malbec, it was matured for a year in a mix of tanks and French oak barrels. Sturdy, it has plummy, spicy flavours, a hint of blackcurrants, and very good depth.
