Still youthful, the 2020 vintage (3.5*) is a blend of Merlot (60 per cent) and Malbec (40 per cent), grown in two sub-regions. Full-coloured, it is medium-bodied, with very good depth of plummy, spicy flavours, oak-derived complexity and a fairly firm finish. Best drinking 2024+.
