The flavour-packed 2020 vintage (4.5*) was hand-picked and fermented with indigenous yeasts in French oak barrels. Bright, light yellow/green, it is full-bodied, with strong, vibrant, peachy flavours, toasty, savoury notes adding complexity and a lingering finish. Best drinking mid-2023+.
