Drinking well now, the 'experimental' 2019 vintage (4.5*) is certified organic. Crushed and fermented as whole grape clusters (including stems and all), it was made in four flowerpots (hence the name) and matured in old oak casks. Full-coloured, with some development showing, it is mouthfilling, with deep cherry, plum, spice and nut flavours, showing good complexity and strong personality. Well worth trying.
