Certified organic, the 2019 vintage (5*) is an estate-grown, hand-harvested blend of Riesling (64 per cent) and Grüner Veltliner (36 per cent), fermented and matured for 11 months in stainless steel barrels and old oak barriques. Bright, light lemon/green, it is highly scented, with intense, vigorous, citrusy, slightly spicy flavours, vaguely toasty notes adding complexity, fresh acidity and a dry (3.8 grams/litre of residual sugar), lasting finish. Drink now or cellar.
