Bright pink, the 2021 vintage (4*) was made by co-fermenting three grape varieties, two red and one white, using Pinot Noir as a base. Very fresh and lively, it has vigorous, berryish, plummy flavours, a sliver of sweetness (6.5 grams/litre of residual sugar) and appetising acidity. Full of youthful impact, it should be drinking well through 2022.
