The 2021 vintage (4*) is instantly attractive. Handled almost entirely in stainless steel tanks (3 per cent of the blend was oak-aged), it is a bright, light lemon/green, fragrant, full-bodied wine, with rich, vibrant pear, peach and spice flavours, gentle sweetness (12 grams/litre of residual sugar), balanced acidity, and excellent varietal character, depth and harmony. Best drinking mid-2022+.
