This classy, single-vineyard wine is mostly tank-fermented, but 10 per cent of the blend is fermented with indigenous yeasts in old French oak casks. The vigorous 2021 vintage (5*) is a bright, light lemon/green, mouthfilling, vibrantly fruity wine, with deep, ripely herbaceous flavours, showing a distinct touch of complexity, good acid spine, and a very harmonious, long, dry (2.7 grams/litre of residual sugar) finish. Best drinking mid-2022+.
