Estate-grown at Tasman, the 2021 vintage (4.5*) was hand-harvested and fermented in tanks (mostly) and old oak barrels (4 per cent). Bright, light lemon/green, it has strong, freshly herbaceous aromas. Vibrantly fruity, with punchy passionfruit, lime, melon and green capsicum flavours, it has a distinct touch of complexity and a crisp, dry (3.1 grams/litre of residual sugar), lasting finish.
