The extremely youthful 2020 vintage (5*) was estate-grown at Tasman, hand-picked and matured for a year in seasoned French oak barriques. A robust, concentrated red, with bold, purple-flushed colour, it is exuberantly fruity, with a strong surge of vibrant, plummy, spicy flavours, gently seasoned with oak, and obvious cellaring potential. Best drinking mid-2023+.
