Review:
The delicious 2019 vintage (5*) was hand-harvested, matured in French oak barriques (30 per cent new), and bottled unfined and unfiltered. Fragrant and full-bodied, it is notably refined and harmonious, with concentrated, vibrant, well-ripened cherry, plum and spice flavours, complex, savoury and supple. A very ‘complete’ wine, it should be at its best 2023+.
