Estate-grown and hand-picked at two Bendigo sites, in the Cromwell Basin, the bright, light lemon/green 2018 vintage (5*) is delicious now. Fermented with indigenous yeasts, it is an Alsace-style wine, finely scented and full-bodied, with rich stone-fruit and spice flavours, showing a distinct touch of complexity, gentle sweetness, fresh acidity, and notable depth, harmony and length. Drink now or cellar.
