Mount Edward Central Otago Riesling


Certified organic, the classy 2018 vintage (5*) was fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel barrels and tanks, and matured for three months on its yeast lees. Bright, light yellow/green, it is a highly scented, fleshy, full-bodied wine, with rich, ripe, peachy, slightly limey flavours, woven with fresh acidity, and a dryish (8 grams/litre of residual sugar), very harmonious finish. Drink now or cellar.
