Greystone sees this wine as ‘the truest expression of the variety for us’. Certified organic, the youthful 2018 vintage (4.5*) was hand-picked, with some botrytis (‘noble rot’) influence. Fragrant, with a slightly honeyed bouquet, it is full-bodied and gently sweet (23 grams/litre of residual sugar), with vibrant, ripe, citrusy, peachy flavours, rich and rounded.
