Review:
An emerging star. Certified organic, the delicious 2018 vintage (5*) was estate-grown and hand-harvested, and part of the blend was fermented and matured for five months in oak barrels. It is highly perfumed and softly mouthfilling, with fresh, deep stone-fruit and spice flavours, gentle sweetness (18 grams/litre of residual sugar), and a rich, well-rounded finish.
