Daniel Le Brun Blanc de Blancs Méthode Traditionnelle

Review:

Disgorged after at least five years’ maturation on its yeast lees, the very classy 2013 vintage (5*) was made entirely from Marlborough Chardonnay. Bright, light lemon/green, it has a highly scented, citrusy, yeasty bouquet, showing excellent complexity. Vivacious and tight-knit, it is still youthful, with refined, intense, slightly toasty, lingering flavours. Delicious drinking from now onwards.
