Churton Marlborough Petit Manseng

Review:

The 2017 vintage (5*) of this traditional variety of Jurancon, in south-west France, was estate-grown in the Waihopai Valley and fermented in seasoned oak casks of various sizes. Highly seductive, it is the first to be made from raisined, botrytis-affected grapes. Green/gold, it is full-bodied, rich, peachy and honeyed, in an instantly appealing style, threaded with mouth-watering acidity. Certified organic.
