Mount Edward Central Otago Pinot Noir 2017

Already delicious, this youthful regional blend was fermented with indigenous yeasts, matured for 11 months in French oak casks (15 per cent new), and bottled unfined and unfiltered. Deeply coloured, it is attractively scented, mouthfilling and supple, with concentrated cherry, plum, spice and herb flavours, smooth and sustained. Certified organic, it should be at its best 2022+.
