From a season described as ‘simply fantastic’ by Mondillo, this wine is drinking well from the start. Estate-grown at Bendigo, it is a highly scented, beautifully poised wine, with deep, peachy, limey, slightly spicy flavours and a dryish (11 grams/litre of residual sugar), appetisingly crisp finish. Vibrantly fruity, with lots of youthful vigour, it should be at its best 2025+.
