From ‘unique vineyards’, this consistently impressive wine is grown at Roys Hill, inland from Hastings. Bright, light yellow/green, the 2022 vintage was hand-picked and barrel-fermented with indigenous yeasts. Already drinking well, it is weighty, vibrant and savoury, with ripe stonefruit flavours, slightly biscuity and buttery notes adding complexity, fresh acidity, and excellent concentration, delicacy and harmony. Best drinking mid-2024+.
